  1. Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  2. Delivery Time: We use reliable shipping partners to deliver your products to you. Depending on your location, your products should be delivered within 5 to 7 business days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote or rural areas.

  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination. We use a reliable shipping calculator to ensure that shipping charges are accurate and fair. You can see the shipping charges before you make a payment.

  4. Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the shipping partner's website.

  5. Delayed or Lost Shipments: While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate delivery of your products, we cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of shipments that are outside of our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier issues. In the event of a delayed or lost shipment, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  6. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy below:

We have a 24 hour return/exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Currently we are only accepting exchange in case of wrong item received or damage in transit. In case of any concerns regarding the product condition we will need the full unboxing video to resolve your issue. We won’t be accepting videos made after the package is opened.

To request for exchange, please follow the below steps :

1. After receiving the package : KINDLY TAKE A VIDEO OF UNBOXING FROM BEGINNING TILL END. Video should be continuous, without any break in between.

2. In case of any damage/issue please share the video with us at

3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Adjustments will be initiated after we receive the unboxing video. If your request is accepted, Pavittra holds the right to make final adjustments which could be exchange/refund/compensation.

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Once an order is placed, we do not provide cancellation of orders. We understand that circumstances may change and you may wish to cancel an order, but our system is set up to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the checkout process. Please make sure that you have selected the correct products and quantities, and have entered your shipping address and payment information correctly.
